Kalo Concierge
Guest messaging research for small Greek hotels.
I’d rather be upfront about what this is: a research project, not a service. There’s nothing to buy here, and I’m not selling anything.
Who I am
I’m Konstantinos Sohos, based in Ano Glyfada, Athens. I’ve been studying how small hotels in Greece handle guest messages — WhatsApp, Viber, email — both before a guest arrives and while they’re staying.
Why
Most of it lands on reception staff’s time. I want to understand what that actually costs, in delays, in bookings that quietly didn’t happen, in staff evenings.
What I’m asking for
Fifteen minutes on a call. No pitch, no deck, no follow-up sequence.
The rough questions:
- Which channels do your guests actually use?
- What happens to messages that arrive at night, or when reception is busy?
- Has a slow reply ever cost you a booking, or led to a bad review?
- Which languages cause the most difficulty?
- What would something handling this reliably need to do, for you to trust it with your guests?
No product
I don’t have one, and I don’t have pricing or a deck. I’m trying to find out what’s genuinely true in Greek hotels before deciding whether anything is worth building.
